Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club at Katherines is run from 7:30am – 8:40am everyday, with children arriving to school from 7:30 – 8:15am. The children are offered a range of breakfast foods from cereal, toast, fruits, toasties, yoghurts and drinks until 8.10am, after this time food will not be available. Children are provided with a variety of games to engage with during this session. They also visit the computing suite and art room. The children are supervised by Katherines’ staff members. The cost of each session is £3.00 payable on your child’s Arbor account in advance of your requested session.

Lunch

 Our school dinners are supplied, prepared and cooked fresh on the premises daily by Ashlyns Organics Ltd.   We strongly recommend this option for all of our families to guarantee our children a healthy balanced diet; especially in KS1, as the meals are free.

Please note that any packed lunches bought into school will be scrutinised for all allergens and healthy content.  NO FIZZY DRINKS, JUICE, SWEETS AND CHOCOLATE ARE PERMITTED IN SCHOOL.

School Meals are £2.70 each.

Every child in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 is entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals. At the end of the Summer term when your child is in Year 2, if you believe your child would be entitled to Free School Meals from Year 3 onwards you must apply through the website link below. If you need any help with this please contact the school office.

REMEMBER: Free School Meals will NOT continue in year 3 unless you apply!

Please pay for your school meals in advance on Arbor. As the school is now cashless all monies should be paid via Arbor. Please contact the school office if you have any queries.
